Job Title: Junior Payroll Executive (Indian payroll)

Location: Ghatkopar (Candidates residing in the Mumbai region only)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 2 years

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process end-to-end payroll activities

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC and Provident Fund (PF)

Handle employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements accurately

Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality

Prepare and submit statutory reports within deadlines

Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and queries

Assist in audits and compliance checks

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF)

Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reports)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Must be based in Mumbai

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Immediate joiners will be given preference

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
