Oracle Specialist

Our client, A leading global specialist in energy management and automation, is looking for an experienced consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP and Transportation Management System (TMS) processes within a factory environment. The role will focus on aligning system workflows with on-ground operations across supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle ERP and TMS modules within the factory
• Map existing (as-is) processes and design optimized (to-be) workflows
• Configure system processes aligned to manufacturing, inventory, and logistics requirements
• Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, procurement, and IT teams
• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle ERP and TMS platforms
• Drive data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
• Identify process gaps and recommend automation/improvement opportunities
• Support go-live activities and stabilize operations post-implementation
• Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials
• Conduct training sessions for plant and operations teams

Skills Required

• 510+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, preferably in manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS or similar)
• Strong understanding of factory operations, supply chain, and logistics processes
• Experience in system integration, data migration, and UAT
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in factory/plant-based ERP implementations
• Knowledge of modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Logistics
• Experience working in transformation or digital initiatives
