Job Title: Oracle Sales Cloud JD Edwards (E1) Consultant

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Sales Cloud JD Edwards (E1) Consultant to design, implement, and support integrations and digital sales solutions. The role focuses on aligning Oracle Sales Cloud (CX Sales) with JD Edwards (E1) for seamless endtoend sales, customer, order, and revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales) solutions.
- Design and manage integrations between Oracle Sales Cloud and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1).
- Work on leadtoorder / quotetocash business processes.
- Configure Oracle Sales Cloud objects, layouts, workflows, approvals, and security roles.
- Develop and maintain data synchronization between Sales Cloud and E1 (Customers, Items, Pricing, Orders).
- Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP services, and middleware tools.
- Support digital transformation initiatives in sales and customer experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Conduct SIT/UAT testing, golive support, and postproduction support.
- Prepare solution design documents, integration mappings, and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong handson experience with Oracle Sales Cloud (Oracle CX Sales).
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Sales, AR, Inventory, Order Management).
- Experience in Sales CloudE1 integrations using OIC or other middleware.
- Good understanding of CRM business processes (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Orders).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data mapping.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Exposure to Oracle CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of digital sales transformation projects.
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and analytics in Oracle CX.
- Oracle CX Sales or JD Edwards certification is a plus.
Education
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
