Role Summary:

Oracle Primavera Unifier

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will drive technical decisions, ensure alignment with business objectives, and oversee the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Lead application design, development, and configuration activities.
• Take ownership of technical and functional decision-making within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.
• Provide guidance and resolve challenges across teams.
• Drive best practices in application development and delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier is mandatory
• Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier
• Experience in application design principles and best practices

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with project management tools and delivery methodologies
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
