Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Oracle PIM Techno-Functional Consultant to support Inventory and Product Information Management (PIM) operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in data validation, testing, and deployment support, while acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Data Load Testing & Validation

• Perform testing of Inventory and PIM components for new and existing data loads
• Validate templates and input files before execution
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to business rules

Post-Deployment Validation

• Conduct post-production validation to ensure successful data loads
• Verify item master and inventory records after deployment
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution
• Decode base and custom tables for validation

Enhancement & Change Testing

• Test PIM enhancements and system changes before release
• Analyze impact on existing data and downstream systems
• Support UAT activities, defect tracking, and reporting
• Develop PL/SQL queries/packages for data extraction and validation

Business Coordination

• Work closely with business users for issue analysis and data corrections
• Act as SPOC for data-related clarifications
• Communicate risks, test outcomes, and observations

Change & Incident Management

• Raise and track tickets in JIRA
• Coordinate CAB approvals for production deployments
• Manage deployment activities and file movement to production folders

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain test cases, validation reports, and deployment documentation
• Ensure adherence to change management and governance processes

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Oracle PIM / Item Master / Inventory
• Techno-functional expertise in base & custom table decoding
• Strong PL/SQL skills (query writing, packages)
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and testing
• Familiarity with JIRA, CAB processes, and ticketing systems
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
