Were seeking a Payroll Subject Matter Expert to lead US Payroll implementations in a multinational environment. If you thrive on solving complex payroll challenges and have deep expertise in US legislation, this role is for you.

• Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead US Payroll
• CTC: Up to 40 LPA
• Experience: 7+ Years (Min. 2 Cloud/Fusion US Payroll implementations)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred/ Lesser notice

Core Expertise

• US Legislation: 401k, 403b, 457b, Mid-Year Balance Initialization
• Technical Skills: Fast Formulas, Payroll Flow Design, Cost Allocation, HDL/FSM
• Process Knowledge: Payroll Tax Processing (Month/Quarter/Year-End), Parallel Run Reconciliations

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record in US Payroll implementations
• Strong understanding of taxation, union payroll, and retirement plans
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance
• Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and business process optimization
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accuracy
