Role: Oracle Flexcube Specialist

Experience Range: 4 to 8 Years

Location: Chennai / Pune / Kolkata/Bangalore

Must Have:

• Strong experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL / PL-SQL
• Knowledge of FLEXCUBE architecture, tables, and batch processing
• Experience in interfaces, APIs, web services, and message formats (XML, ISO)
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
• Strong understanding of core banking operations
• Knowledge of retail/corporate banking processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and business analysis
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in banking

Good to Have:

• Oracle FLEXCUBE certifications
• Experience with digital banking channels, payments, or middleware
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies
• Experience in production support and incident management
• Knowledge of IFRS, AML, KYC, or reporting systems
• Essential:
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking modules (Retail, Corporate, CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance, etc.)
• Participate in end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Customize FLEXCUBE using PL/SQL, FLEXCUBE APIs, and user exits
• Perform functional analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support banking operations, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for production and UAT environments
• Handle data migration, system upgrades, patches, and version enhancements
• Integrate FLEXCUBE with external systems (channels, payment gateways, AML, GL, reporting tools)
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Support UAT, SIT, and regression testing activities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with Oracle, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and enhancements

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
