Are you an Oracle Specialist who thrives in high-pressure, high-transaction environments? Do you enjoy the challenge of managing multi-terabyte databases that power national payment systems?

We are looking for Oracle Performance Engineers & Database Architects to join our Core Banking Infrastructure team.

We have two open positions:

L3 Lead (810 Years): Focusing on performance engineering, HA/DR architecture, and C-suite/Regulatory stakeholder management.

L2 Specialist (68 Years): Focusing on 24x7 operational excellence, deep-dive troubleshooting, and Exadata management.

What youll be doing:

• Performance Engineering: Mastering AWR/ASH, SQL Trace, and Execution Plans to optimize OLTP workloads (UPI, Payments, CBS).
• High Availability: Architecting and managing multi-node RAC, Active Data Guard, and seamless DR failovers.
• Security & Compliance: Implementing TDE, Data Vault, and Hardening to meet strict RBI/Central Bank guidelines.
• Automation: Driving operational efficiency using Python, Ansible, and Shell scripting.
• Modern Tech Stack: Working with Oracle 19c/21c/23ai, Exadata, GoldenGate, and OCI.

What were looking for:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and OEM.

Expert-level performance tuning (Query, DB, and Memory level).

Experience in the Banking/FSI domain is a massive plus.

Certifications: OCP/OCM preferred.

For L2: Readiness for 24x7 support; For L3: Strong RCA and executive communication skills.
