Job Summery: This role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business processes and requirements. Daily work includes collaborating with stakeholders, developing solutions, optimizing applications for usability and performance, and participating in team discussions to address challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Collaborate and manage team performance
• Make team-level and cross-team decisions
• Provide solutions to technical problems
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
• Mentor junior team members

Skills Required:

• Must-have: Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture proficiency
• Strong application design principles knowledge
• Database management and optimization experience
• Familiarity with integration methodologies/tools
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
