Operations Manager

Job Title: General Manager Contract Logistics Operations

Job Purpose:

Lead and oversee end-to-end Contract Logistics Operations across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability, compliance, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and handle key escalations.
• Lead contract implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Management.
• 1520 years of experience in Contract Logistics/3PL operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
