Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and timely execution
Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials/services
Handle vendor management, including onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management
Monitor and manage order processing lifecycle (order receipt to delivery fulfillment)
Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and minimal wastage
Coordinate warehouse operations, including storage, dispatch, and logistics
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers or internal teams
Prepare and analyze operational reports (inventory, orders, procurement, etc.)
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for cost and efficiency optimization
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and logistics
