Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and business-focused Operations Coordinator to support our Commercial Director, who oversees core commercial functions and operations.

This is a high-impact role offering direct exposure to leadership, operations, and global business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support including calendar, meetings, and travel management
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director in overseeing daily operations and business priorities
  • Coordinate across departments (Operations, Recruitment, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
  • Track key projects, deliverables, and operational KPIs
  • Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business insights
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential business information with discretion


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 36 years of experience as an Operations Coordinator
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership (Director)
  • Strong exposure to operations, commercial functions, or business support roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
