Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling meetings, to communicating with team and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding and new joiner documentation
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and office initiatives
  • Help with maintaining employee records and documentation

Office & Admin Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Handle office logistics, procurement, and inventory management
  • Ensure a well-maintained and organized workplace

IT & Asset Coordination

  • Manage office assets (laptops, accessories, etc.)
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Ensure timely allocation and tracking of devices for employees

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in admin/office management/HR support
  • Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities independently
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT asset management/vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
