Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years mandatory for select senior-level positions

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing
• MBA preferred for selected leadership roles

Preferred Profile

Experience in reputed hospitals

Strong clinical knowledge and patient-centric approach

Excellent communication and leadership skills (for senior positions)
