We are seeking skilled personnel, who have strong working knowledge in networking & IT life cycle. This role requires excellent technical skills, Windows knowledge, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

Basic hardware knowledge of PC and networking.

Basic software knowledge of Windows 10/11 workstation, Server, networking, and Microsoft Azure.

Giving support on printer setup, configuration, hardware, and peripherals

Strong knowledge of MS Exchange.

Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipment: Routers, Firewall, Hub and Switches.

Well understanding of Bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies.

IP addressing and subnetting, Routing concepts.

Configure Site to Site VPN with SonicWall network device.

Provide intranet VPN solution using IPSec Tunneling

Configuring, Managing and Maintaining Networking Equipment.

Installing, configuring, and administering network technologies

Well versed in Implementing, Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 and 2019 Network Infrastructure including Active Directory, Group Policy, VPN, DFS, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS, IP-Addressing, Plan to offer Remote-Assistance to Client computers.

Installing and configuring File, Web, Application and Print Servers.Setup Hyper-V virtualization.

Working knowledge of IIS Server, DHCP Server, DNS Server, Proxy Server on Windows

Desired Candidate Profile: -

Qualification: MCA/B.Tech, CCNA (preferred), MCSE (considered)

Experience:2 - 5 years in Network and Infrastructure Support

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving and prioritizing abilities

Troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Have good analytical skills.
