Job Title: IT Infra Network Administrator

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Reporting To: Lead IT Infrastructure

Experience: 4-5 Years

Industry Preference: Banking / NBFC / Fintech

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled IT Infrastructure Network Administrator to manage and own the organizations end-to-end network infrastructure across PAN India. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in networking, security, and infrastructure planning, along with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and own the organizations overall technology infrastructure including PAN India network, security systems, and end-user devices
• Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business strategy (short-term and long-term)
• Design and implement robust network systems to support finance and accounting operations
• Oversee network management across Head Office, branches, and cloud environments
• Define infrastructure roadmap, budgeting, and technology evaluation
• Ensure seamless integration of network platforms, applications, and communication systems
• Handle vendor management for network infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete network infrastructure setup
• Configure and manage networking, routing, and switching
• Ensure high levels of network security, connectivity, and uptime
• Work with firewalls, VPNs, remote access, and troubleshooting
• Manage and monitor Cisco and FortiGate hardware
• Track network performance metrics (availability, utilization, latency, throughput)
• Assess infrastructure requirements based on performance and scalability

Required Experience

• 4-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Administration
• Prior experience in Banking, NBFC, or Fintech is mandatory
• Experience leading or managing infrastructure teams
• Startup experience will be an added advantage

Required Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or related field)

Technical Competencies

• Network management & installation
• Datacenter networking
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and FortiGate hardware
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs
