Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on finance value streams and NetSuite Core Financials. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance and technology teams to analyze, optimize, and implement scalable solutions across R2R (Record to Report) and S2P (Source to Pay) processes. This role requires expertise in business analysis, SaaS applications, and Agile methodologies to drive efficient, data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end finance processes using NetSuite
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement
• Lead UAT, define acceptance criteria, and ensure solution quality
• Support change management, training, and post-implementation activities

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
• Strong expertise in NetSuite, R2R, and S2P processes
• Experience with SaaS tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive, Blackline)
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience in finance transformation projects
• Exposure to AI tools for productivity and documentation
