Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Data Migration Consultant (Technical) with strong hands-on expertise in planning and executing end-to-end data migration activities. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and secure migration of data from legacy systems to D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute data migration strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Analyze source systems and legacy data, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and transformation
• Design and develop data migration frameworks, mapping documents, and reconciliation reports
• Develop and maintain data migration tools, scripts, and packages using:
• X++
• DMF (Data Management Framework)
• SQL Server
• Azure Data Factory / LCS (preferred)
• Perform trial migrations, mock runs, and Final Cutover activities
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security throughout migration phases
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to understand business and data requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues and performance bottlenecks
• Prepare technical documentation, migration logs, and post-migration validation reports
• Support UAT and Go-Live phases related to data migration
• Follow best practices for Microsoft Dynamics F&O implementation standards
