Motion Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who combines strong design sensibility with technical excellence to create motion that feels purposeful, cinematic and visually engaging.

If you enjoy experimenting with new tools, collaborating across creative disciplines and pushing visual storytelling forward, this role is for you.

• Social-first motion content
• Digital advertising campaigns

• Explainer animations
• Title sequences
• Visual effects and compositing
• AI-assisted films and hybrid production workflows

Every project is differentand so is every creative challenge.

• 3+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects
• Excellent understanding of animation principles and motion design
• Strong typography and layout sensibility
• Good understanding of visual storytelling
• Ability to collaborate closely with designers, editors, AI artists and directors
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop motion solutions
• Comfortable working across multiple fast-paced projects
• Curious about new creative technologies and workflows

• Experience with AI-assisted filmmaking tools and workflows
• Experience with Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Flux or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender
• Experience creating motion systems for digital brands
• Experience in compositing and visual effects

• Premiere Pro
• Cinema 4D / Blender (optional)
• AI creative tools

You'll work closely with designers, editors, AI engineers, directors and account managers to create work across films, campaigns and emerging AI production pipelines.
