Who Were Looking For

Were on the lookout for a motion design intern whos curious, quick to learn, and loves visual storytelling. You might be fresh out of design schoolor self-taught with a strong portfoliobut what matters is your eagerness to animate, edit, and experiment.

Youre someone whos excited to make social-first content (Reels, Stories, Shorts), play with transitions, and bring design ideas to life with rhythm and flair. Youre not just looking for tasksyoure here to grow your craft and contribute creatively.

What Youll Do

• Create AI-driven, motion-first content tailored for social platforms
• Turn concepts, scripts, and prompts into engaging short-form video content
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, animate ideas, and accelerate production workflows
• Design and develop title graphics, transitions, and reusable motion templates
• Edit short-form videos with guidance from senior designers
• Collaborate with writers, art directors, and strategists to bring ideas to life
• Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with platform-native, trend-driven content
• Participate in script-to-screen ideation and storytelling, with a strong focus on motion and AI
• Continuously explore and experiment with new AI workflows and creative techniques

Who Were Looking For

• Basic understanding of motion design tools (After Effects or similar)
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro
• Hands-on or exploratory experience with AI creative tools (image/video/animation generation)
• Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to combine design, motion, and AI workflows into cohesive outputs
• A portfolio showcasing motion design, video editing, or AI-generated work
• Awareness of content trends on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging formats
• Curiosity, ownership, and a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries

Good to Have (Bonus)

Experience with 3D tools (Blender/C4D) and Figma
