MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating dashboards, generating reports, analyzing data trends, and providing actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers.
• Generate accurate reports for management review and decision-making.
• Perform data cleansing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor business KPIs and provide analytical support to stakeholders.
• Automate repetitive reporting processes using Excel functions and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.

Required Skill

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, or any related field.
• Certification in Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Pro

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or Reporting Operations.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
