Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Intune Administrator / Architect to join our global engineering team. This is an L3/L4 role requiring deep technical expertise in SCCM and Intune, strong automation skills, and handson engineering experience. The role will focus on largescale endpoint management, automationdriven operations, advanced troubleshooting, and platform enhancements across a global enterprise environment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills (Must Have)

• Microsoft SCCM (ConfigMgr) L3/L4 level expertise
• Microsoft Intune L3/L4 level expertise
• Group Policy (GPO) Management & Engineering
• Strong handson experience in:
• Endpoint engineering
• SCCM & Intune architecture and design
• Advanced troubleshooting and rootcause analysis

Automation & Scripting (Mandatory)

• Strong focus on automationfirst approach
• Handson experience with:
• PowerShell (mandatory)
• Microsoft Graph API
• SQL
• Python (working knowledge)
• Experience building and maintaining automation solutions for:
• SCCM & Intune operations
• Device and application management
• Compliance and reporting

Tools & Reporting

• Experience or working knowledge of:
• Power BI (dashboards, reporting)
• Monitoring and dashboard solutions
• Ability to derive insights from endpoint data and automate reporting

Engineering & Development Exposure

• Proven handson development experience in:
• SCCM & Intune engineering
• Automation frameworks
• Custom scripts and tooling
• Experience driving:
• Platform stability
• Operational efficiency through automation
• Continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Act as L3/L4 escalation point for SCCM and Intune issues
• Own and enhance SCCM & Intune engineering and architecture
• Drive automation initiatives across endpoint management platforms
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Build, maintain, and optimize automation using PowerShell and APIs
• Design and support dashboards and reporting for endpoint operations
• Work closely with global engineering teams on platform strategy and improvements
• Ensure best practices in endpoint management, security, and scalability

• Experience working in large global enterprise environments
• Exposure to endpoint security and compliance automation
• Experience collaborating with multiple global teams across time zones
