Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The role will focus on driving customer acquisition, improving campaign performance, and supporting the growth of our D2C business through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to improve ad performance.
• Work closely with the creative and growth teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads strategies, tools, and algorithm changes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in BMS, B.Com (Hons), or Economics (Hons) only.
• Mandatory certification in Digital Marketing from a recognized institute.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Agency experience will be an added advantage.
