Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and execution of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues related to MEP services.
- Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems during and after installation.
- Manage vendors and contractors for MEP-related work.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities.
- Optimize system performance and suggest cost-effective solutions.
