Assisting the account managers

Generating the Sales Report, work on CRM tools like Oracle, Salesforce.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically

Work on account related Queries at backend

Work on CRM tools like Oracle and Salesforce in backend

Meeting SLA and TAT

Meet the attendance target

Meet the internal Quality scores

Maintain a high level of professionalism with account manager / customers.

Skill Set Required:

Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Strong/Good written communication skills

Ability to multitasking effectively

MS Access & SQL Proficiency is added advantage

Qualifications: 12 + 3 years of education (Any Graduate).
