Role Overview

We areseekinga highly motivated and versatile Engineer to join our team. You willbe responsible fortherapid prototyping, product and process development, fabrication and testingrigs,and final integration intothebattery systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of materials science, mechanical design, and thermal analysis, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

*Experimental Development: Execute Design of Experiments (DoE) tooptimizethe properties ofSiphoTherm, managing the fabrication and coating processes.

*Design & Fabrication: Design and build custom jigs and testing apparatuses tovalidatethermal performance.

*Testing & Validation: Perform comprehensive thermal characterization and battery charge/discharge testing to compare system performance with and without thermal enhancements.

*Simulation: Utilize Ansys or similar tools to model thermal behavior andvalidateexperimental results.

*Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for material procurement and custom fabrication to ensure project timelines are met.

*Documentation:Maintainrigorous logs of all experiments, iterations, and results to ensure reproducibility and traceability.

Required Qualifications

*Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, orrelated fields.

*Technical Proficiency:

1. Strong command of CAD software like (SWAutoCAD/Fusion360/NX) for mechanical design.
2. Experience with Thermal Simulation tools.
3. Familiarity with battery testing equipment and thermal sensors.

*Practical Skills: Ability to work in a lab environment and handle materials/machinery safely.

*Soft Skills:

1. A disciplined approach to documentation and project tracking.
2. Strong communicationskills for vendor coordination.
3. High resilience and a problem-solving mindset.
