Role Description

ODE Consultants is seeking a full-time Mechanical BIM Modeler for a hybrid role based in Noida, combining on-site work with an option for some remote engagement. The role involves creating, maintaining, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) with a focus on mechanical discipline within MEP engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing construction drawings, collaborating with cross-discipline teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

• HVAC BIM Modeling: Develop and manage 3D BIM models for HVAC and mechanical systems using Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks.
• Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.
• Documentation: Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation in line with project standards.
• International Standards: Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, and regional standards (USA, UK, Middle East).
• Client Coordination: Collaborate with international clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project timelines.

• Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical services BIM modeling with focus on HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
• Proven exposure to international projects (USA, UK, Middle East).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for client interactions.

• Familiarity with global codes and standards.
