We are looking for a dedicated Marketing SPOCto be deployed at the NASSCOMBangalore office. This could be a long-term, on-site role (basis performance)where youll act as the central point of coordination for all marketing and partner activities.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing operations, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of all on-ground and digital activities. This role requires someone who can own execution, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and keep things moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC)for all marketing initiatives
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns & events
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Event agencies
• Videographers & photographers
• Creative & digital teams
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities
• Oversee on-ground event execution & logistics
• Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality output
• Support content, social media, and branding initiatives
• Maintain regular reporting and communication with stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 58 years of experiencein marketing / client servicing / project management
• Strong experience in vendor management & event coordination
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background

• Experience in agency environment / marketing operations
• Exposure to corporate events, partnerships, or industry bodies
• Basic understanding of digital marketing & content coordination
