Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Marketing Manager will oversee strategy development and management of marketing campaigns, focusing on achieving measurable growth and enhancing brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, managing digital marketing efforts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals. The role also involves overseeing content marketing efforts, monitoring performance metrics, and regularly reporting results.

Qualifications

Expertise in Digital Marketing, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
Proven skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
Experience with Content Marketing and working with creative content strategies
Strong analytical skills for Data-Driven Decision-Making and Market Trends Analysis
Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools and CRM platforms
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
