Job Description

SME Business Development-Grow SME (Non-Motor) business in the assigned location.Identify and leverage market opportunities.

Advisor Engagement-Support and improve productivity of existing SME advisors.Provide regular guidance for consistent performance.

Advisor Activation-Motivate Motor and Health advisors to cross-sell SME products.

Advisor Acquisition-Approach advisors working with other insurers and onboard them.

Training & Development-Conduct regular training sessions on products and sales skills.Keep advisors updated on offerings and compliance

Business Monitoring-Track advisor performance and SME growth.Share reports and insights with management.

Relationship Management-Maintain strong advisor relationships through engagement and support.Resolve queries promptly for advisor satisfaction.
