Key Roles &Responsibilities

 

  • 1. Overall OEM monitoring and tracking of exception cases
  • 2. Publishing of all OEM MIS
  • 3. Weekly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • 4. Daily and monthly reconciliation of OEM endorsement and cancellations in GC
  • 5. Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
  • 6. Mapping/Patching for integration of OEM exception cases in GC/DC
  • 7. Monitoring and MIS of SI Breach cases
  • 8. End to End reconciliation and closure of OPEN Credit and PID cases for Pan India
  • 9. UAT for OEM for all New OEM tie-ups and innovations in current process
  • 10. Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards 
  • 11. Master Mappings for New OEM onboardings
  • 12. Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
  • 13. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

  • · Graduation/ PG in any stream
