Job Description

Operational Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for taking care of existing as well as the new product development and new processes 

  • Raising triggers where the location is not performing Engagement with the team 

  • Accountable for the engagement with the product and central team of the bank 

  • Managing issues and in charge of providing information to the bank team 

  • Acting as a point of contact between Zonal Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager & Sales Managers Coordination with internal team 

  • Responsible for the coordination of sales and support team 

  • Training of product processes to internal and external team (channel partners) members 

Compliance & Adherence 

  • Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement
