Job Description
Operational Responsibilities
Responsible for taking care of existing as well as the new product development and new processes
Raising triggers where the location is not performing Engagement with the team
Accountable for the engagement with the product and central team of the bank
Managing issues and in charge of providing information to the bank team
Acting as a point of contact between Zonal Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager & Sales Managers Coordination with internal team
Responsible for the coordination of sales and support team
Training of product processes to internal and external team (channel partners) members
Compliance & Adherence
Ensuring all the activities including conducting contests to following new and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement
