Manager - Exchange Traded Funds

Role:

The Manager-Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities and working closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Work closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.
• Manage the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) process, which defines the exact basket of securities and cash to be exchanged for ETF units.
• Facilitate the creation and redemption of ETF shares for Authorized Participants (APs) by validating and processing orders, and ensuring the delivery and receipt of securities.
• Perform basket validation before settlement to ensure accurate execution of trades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ETF operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.

Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Overall 10+ years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and asset management domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
