Job Title : Manager - Client Acquisition

Location : NCR/ Bangalore

Shift : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri )

Experience : 2-7 Years

Role & Resposibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts
• Utilize existing relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement teams, and Business stakeholders to drive business growth
• Promote comprehensive Talent Solutions, including staffing services, hiring programs, executive search, and allied workforce solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle end-to-end, including:
• Lead generation and prospecting
• Client engagement and requirement discovery
• Solution presentation and positioning
• Commercial discussions and negotiations
• Deal closure and smooth transition to account management/delivery teams
• Serve as a strategic talent partner by understanding clients hiring challenges, workforce plans, and business objectives
• Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure effective solution execution and high client satisfaction
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and consistently achieve or surpass business targets
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and relationship-building forums to strengthen market presence and generate opportunities
