Role Description

This is a full-time Management Intern role based in the Pune Division, requiring in-office presence. The Management Intern will assist in operational planning and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, preparing reports, conducting market research, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring smooth workflow. The intern will gain hands-on experience in operations and branding within a fast-paced creative agency environment.

• Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and client relations
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Proactive approach to addressing challenges and managing competing priorities
• Proficiency in using business software such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
