Management Information Systems Manager

Job Title: MIS Manager

Location: Noida

We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager to oversee data management, reporting, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, team handling experience, and expertise in Power BI and VBA automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication

Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service

Report on operational metrics (SLAs, KPI, etc.), conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format

Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports Downloading Data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement Ensuring correctness of the data and format

Creating new and modifying existing Macros

Co-coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of experience in MIS/reporting roles

Proven experience in team handling and leadership

Strong expertise in Power BI and VBA Automation

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

Experience in IT services industry

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
