Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer (Capital Markets)

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions for Capital Markets use cases, working with cutting-edge tools in a highly collaborative and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust machine learning models using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Deploy and optimize models using TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, ONNX, TensorRT
• Build and manage ML pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure/AWS ML pipelines)
• Work with large-scale distributed data using PySpark
• Monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement and retraining
• Integrate ML models into production-grade systems
• Contribute to data engineering best practices and architectural decisions
• Mentor junior team members and support team growth

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries:
• pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost
• TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch
• Experience with model deployment tools:
• ONNX, TensorRT, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe
• Experience with ML lifecycle tools:
• MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML / AWS ML Pipelines
• Strong experience with PySpark / distributed data processing
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles (Git, version control)
• Strong skills in data cleaning, EDA, and data visualization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years in ML engineering roles

Nice to Have

• Experience in Capital Markets / Financial Services domain
• Exposure to production-grade ML systems at scale
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
