We are seeking a full-time Logistics Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Gurgaon location. The Logistics Coordinator will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, maintaining communication with shippers and carriers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Responsibilities include monitoring transportation schedules, resolving logistical challenges, maintaining records, and collaborating with other teams to enhance efficiency and service quality. Effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential to this role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage transportation schedules and logistics workflows
• Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with shippers, carriers, and team members
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve logistical challenges efficiently
• Knowledge of freight broking, shipping regulations, and cross-border logistics
• Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for scheduling and record-keeping
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight broking, or supply chain management
• Understanding of the North American logistics landscape, including FTL, LTL, and cross-border shipping processes
