Local SEO Executive (Generalist) & ORM

Must-Have

06 months experience or a strong interest in digital marketing

Decent written English - you will be drafting and reviewing public-facing content

Basic comfort with Google Sheets, Docs, and willingness to learn new tools quickly

Attention to detail and daily discipline

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI review replies tools) this role leans heavily on AI for output speed

Adaptability and eagerness to grow into a full SEO role

Preference - Mumbai Western Line (Virar to Andheri)

Key Responsibilities

ORM: Monitor reviews and mentions on Google, Justdial, Practo, Sulekha, and other platforms; use AI tools to draft and post review responses; escalate sensitive cases

GMB / Local SEO: Set up and optimise Google Business Profiles, post weekly updates, manage Q&A, upload photos, track local rankings, and improve GMB visibility for multi-location brands

Off-page SEO: Directory submissions, citation building, basic backlink outreach, and business listings across geo-targeted directories

Maintain trackers for reviews, ratings, GMB insights, and citation status

Support the SEO team with research, audits, and execution tasks as needed

Build weekly status reports across all three workstreams

About the Role

Entry-level generalist role across ORM, GMB / Local SEO and off-page SEO. Hands-on learning with direct mentorship from the SEO team. A natural feeder role into a full SEO career path.
