Job Summary:

As a Lecturer at Gold's Gym Institute, you will teach and mentor students in fitness-related courses, sharing your

expertise and passion for fitness education

Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning:

1. Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in fitness disciplines (e.g., personal training, group fitness,

nutrition).

2. Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.

3. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Curriculum Development:

1. Assist in developing and reviewing curriculum for fitness programs.

2. Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Student Support and Development:

1. Mentor and advise students on academic and professional matters.

2. Support student projects, internships, and job placements.

3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Industry Collaboration:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with fitness industry partners.

2. Facilitate guest lectures, workshops, and networking events.

Administration:

1. Attend faculty meetings and contribute to institute initiatives.

2. Maintain records and reports on student progress.

3. Participate in staff development programs.

Requirements

1. Master's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field.

2. Teaching experience (minimum 2 years).

3. Fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).

4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

5. Industry experience (desired).
