About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Learning Experience Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer inquiries, process refunds, and implement retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
  • Respond to customer Refund queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
  • Identify customers needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.


Requirements:

  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
