Lead UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive product design strategy and deliver intuitive, modern, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, founders, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centric designs that balance business goals with exceptional usability.

This role requires strong leadership, product thinking, visual design expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide a growing design team.

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation.
• Define and maintain design systems, UI standards, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and usability across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers.
  

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and interaction models.
• Identify pain points and optimize user experiences based on feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve workflows and usability.

• Design modern, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
• Build scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with developers.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Participate in product strategy discussions and feature planning.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  

1. 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
3. Expertise in:

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Wireframing & Prototyping
• Design Systems
• Responsive Design

1. Strong understanding of:

• User-centered design principles
• Accessibility and usability standards
• Interaction design
• Typography, color theory, and layout systems

1. Experience collaborating with frontend developers and product teams.
2. Knowledge of modern frontend capabilities and constraints is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
   

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.
• Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or Next.js.
• Experience designing SaaS, AI-based, or enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools.
