Role Description

We are looking for a modern, hands-on Data Engineer / MDM Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and Python, along with a solid understanding of MDM concepts and data warehousing fundamentals.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical depth, business understanding, and an AI-first mindsetsomeone who actively leverages modern AI tools to accelerate learning, problem-solving, and solution development.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and Product Owners to design and deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions.

Offer Details:

• Pay: INR 35-40 LPA (Net/take-home)
• Mode of work - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration workflows
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for enterprise data platforms
• Define and implement data pipeline architecture and integration patterns
• Work extensively with Snowflake for data storage, transformation, and analytics
• Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for data processing and analysis
• Use Python for automation, data transformation, and pipeline orchestration
• Apply data warehousing concepts, including relational and dimensional modeling (star schema)
• Implement and support Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and frameworks
• Ensure data quality, governance, and pipeline controls across systems
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize data pipelines end-to-end
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Data integration and pipeline development
• ETL/ELT design and implementation
• Snowflake
• DBT
• SQL (advanced level)
• Python
• Solid understanding of:
• Data warehousing concepts
• Relational and dimensional data modeling
• MDM tools, platforms, and core concepts
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or wealth management is a plus
