Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who specializes in generating international business through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of closing deals for digital services such as SEO, paid marketing, web development, and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork with high conversion proposals
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach (organic + Sales Navigator)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international clients
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure
• Customize proposals based on client requirements and pain points
• Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and delivery alignment
• Maintain CRM and track lead status, conversions, and revenue

Required Skills & Experience:

• 25 years of experience in business development via Upwork & LinkedIn
• Proven success in closing international deals (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web, AI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools
• Ability to write high-converting proposals and outreach messages
