We're hiring a Design Lead for one of Chennai's most recognised real estate brands Casagrand.
Not looking for someone who just executes briefs. Looking for someone who leads with vision, mentors a team, and creates work that turns heads.
Location: Chennai (on-site, full-time) Experience: 10+ years CTC: 1525 LPA Portfolio mandatory no exceptions

Visual storytelling across print, digital, social, video & OOH
Concept development & campaign direction end to end
Lead and mentor a team of designers & visualisers
Collaborate with writers, strategists & marketing teams
Champion brand quality every piece must be on-brief
Leverage AI design tools Midjourney, DALLE, Firefly

10+ years in creative agencies or in-house brand teams
Mastery of Adobe CC & Figma
Proven experience leading & mentoring designers
Strong conceptual thinking with pixel-perfect execution
Portfolio that proves your craft mandatory
Real estate or agency experience = strong advantage
