Lead- Communications Designer

Pebble is a fast-growing smart wearable and consumer tech brand focused on building products that blend technology, design, and everyday lifestyle. From smartwatches and audio devices to future wearable categories, were building products for a new generation of connected consumers.

We are looking for a Communications Design Lead to shape how the brand shows up across campaigns, launches, social, packaging and digital experiences.

This role needs someone with strong creative instincts, high standards and the ability to turn fast-moving ideas into sharp, culturally relevant communication.

You will help lead the visual direction across:

• Digital campaigns and launches
• Social media communication
• Packaging and brand assets
• Website and marketplace creatives
• Photo and video shoots, including styling and art direction

We move fast, create at high volume, and care deeply about aesthetics. You should be comfortable setting creative direction and maintaining consistency across formats.

Youll play a key role in defining and elevating the Pebble visual identity as the brand scales.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in communication/brand design

Strong portfolio across digital, campaigns and brand systems

Experience with consumer brands, startups or agencies

Ability to lead both concept and execution
