Lead Automation Engineer

Role: Lead Automation Engineer Power Platform & Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and modern Agentic AI frameworks to design, develop, and lead enterprise automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, along with hands-on exposure to at least two leading automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.

This role requires a combination of automation architecture, process optimization, AI-driven workflow design, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.

Lead end-to-end automation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.

Build intelligent workflows integrating business applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Design and implement AI-powered agents using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.

Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.

Develop reusable automation components, standards, and governance practices.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across automation initiatives.

Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices for intelligent automation.

Ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance of automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Primary Skill

4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

Strong experience with:

Cloud Flows

Desktop Flows (RPA)

Power Platform Administration

Custom Connectors

API Integrations

Workflow Design

Error Handling and Monitoring

Automation Platforms (Minimum Two Required)

Hands-on experience with at least two of the following:

Agentic AI Experience

Proven experience designing and developing AI-powered agents using one or more of:
