Job Summary
The Talent Development SME is responsible for managing complex L&D operations, ensuring governance, compliance, and effective utilization of LMS platforms. The role acts as a key point of escalation and drives process improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as SME for learning systems and processes
· Manage end-to-end learning lifecycle and curriculum administration
· Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs and certifications
· Handle escalations and complex learner queries
· &n bsp; Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
· Mentor and guide junior team members
