Job Title : L2 OSS Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive L2 OSS Support Engineer to join our Telecom domain team. If you have strong expertise in OSS Platforms, Microservices Architecture, Production Support, and Incident Management, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment supporting critical telecom applications.


Responsibilities:

Handle production incidents, alerts, and user-reported issues

Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Monitor application and infrastructure health using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools

Coordinate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, Network, and Development teams for issue resolution

Support OSS applications including Site Manager, Procurement Manager, and Facility Manager

Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles

Ensure SLA adherence and continuous process improvement


Required Skills:

OSS Platforms & Telecom Domain Experience

Microservices Architecture Support

Kubernetes / Docker Swarm / Cloud Foundry / Mesos-Marathon

Prometheus & Grafana Monitoring

Oracle / MySQL / Sybase Databases

Kafka, NiFi, Spark, Elasticsearch, Big Data Tools

Linux & Data Center Operations

Networking Concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls

AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud Knowledge

Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills


Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication, IT, or related field.
