Requirement: L2 OpenSource Database DBA ( L2 MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Maria DBA)

Exp: 6+Yrs

Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Max Budget: 20-24LPA

1. 3 - 8 years of experience in Database Administration on Opensource Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL Etc,
2. As this is for a L2 requirement, candidates should have strong skills in installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of Database flavor's mentioned above including high availability, replication, disaster recovery, patching, backup & recovery, performance tuning, optimizing, and securing Databases in a large environment.
3. Experience in Patching, Upgrading and Migration of Databases.
4. Good understanding of Linux Operation System.
5. Handson experience in atleast 2 Opensource database technologies will be added advantage or willingness to learn and work on other Opensource Databases.
6. Ensure that systems comply with defined security standards when it comes to policies to hardening, security, policy enforcement
7. Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment
8. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Databases independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs
9. Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating design documents, SOPs etc.
10. Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)
11. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams
12. Should be a team player
13. Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)
14. Flexible to learn other opensource database technologies as per project requirements
